By submitting a registration form for NGL, I acknowledge that I understand and will adhere to the following responsibilities:

The registrant and/or their local JA Charter is responsible for arranging travel to and from NGL, the details of which are to be communicated to NGL management (JA London and District) in a timely manner
I agree to abide by the cancellation policy as outlined above
I will notify NGL organizers (JA London and District) of any changes to the information included in this registration form

Note: Payment by credit card is required at time of registration. A non-refundable $250 deposit per registrant will be charged in the event of cancellation.
