As a decision maker of your own company, you will learn what risks and rewards come with owning a business and how to build positive relationships with the community. While operating your business, you will pick a product or service, sell shares, produce and market your product or service and appoint a management team that best suits your company while managing the financial aspects of the company.

JA Company Program Co-op is offered each semester, and offers high school students an experiential learning opportunity in a team working environment where you will gain valuable employment skills while you learn about entrepreneurship and create an enterprise of your own. With the support and mentorship of volunteer business advisors from the local community, JA Company Program Co-op will give you the opportunity to explore entrepreneurship as a viable career regardless of your career field interest. You will gain the knowledge needed to organize and operate a real business.
